In a tragic incident in Kingston, Jamaica, law enforcement officers fatally shot a suspect on Friday morning. This occurred along Waterloo Road in Rollington Town.
The police have identified the deceased as Marko German, also known as ‘Shella,’ who was 26 years old.
Investigators revealed that ‘Shella’ was on the police wanted list in connection with a homicide. This crime took place on Wednesday, August 19.
Additionally, the police allege that ‘Shella’ was one of two shooters involved in the killing of Daniel Walsh. This murder happened on Rashford Avenue in the community.
Authorities believe that Walsh’s murder was an act of retaliation for an unreported shooting that occurred on First Avenue on Tuesday. In that incident, a member of Shella’s Rollington Town gang was injured.
The police shot and killed ‘Shella’ after he allegedly pointed an illegal firearm at them during an operation. According to the police, he died holding a Smith & Wesson Springfield pistol loaded with five .40 caliber rounds.
Kingston man charged with Homicide following stabbing of brother.
In Kingston, Jamaica, the police have charged a suspect in connection with the stabbing death of his brother. This occurred on Thursday, August 20.
The police have identified the deceased as 51-year-old Terrence Myles, of a Tobias Road address in Kingston, Jamaica.
Investigators have identified the accused as Ruel Myles, 43, an electrician of Tobias Road, Kingston, Jamaica.
The Hunts Bay police in Kingston, Jamaica, stated that on the day of the incident, the brothers were at home. During that time, a domestic dispute between them escalated into a fight.
During the brawl, the accused allegedly used a machete to stab his brother, Terrence, in the back.
Neighbors assisted Terrence to the hospital, but it was too late to save him. Sadly, Terrence succumbed to his injury while undergoing treatment.
Later, investigators responded to the scene and launched an investigation, which led them to arrest and charge the accused.
