Investigators have identified the suspect as Kemar Mitchell, 28, a carpenter of a Kingston 17 address. The charge stemmed from a domestic dispute between Mitchell and Kemelia's mother at home on May 9.
INDECOM: Cops killed 11 in 5 shootings, no body camera evidence
The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) confirmed that none of the police officers involved in five fatal shootings across four parishes, which led to the deaths of 11 men within 24 hours, were wearing body-worn cameras.
