St. Andrew Kidnapping: Victims Rescued, Suspects Arrested. Law enforcement operatives in Eastern Kingston have arrested three suspects connected to multiple crimes. These crimes included the kidnapping of two women and aggravated robbery. The chilling incident unfolded in Harbor View, St Andrew, on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
St. Andrew kidnapping. According to the police, the two women flagged down a taxi on their way to work. Upon entering the vehicle, men with guns allegedly held them at gunpoint.
The hoodlums proceeded to rob the victims of their phones, cash, and bank cards.
After robbing the victims, the robbers took them to Pembroke Hall, St Andrew, and released them. There, the St Andrew South Police assisted the victims of the St. Andrew kidnapping incident.
Detectives from the National Strategic Anti-Gang Division (NSAD) initiated an investigation. Their inquiries led to identifying a Toyota Probox, the vehicle believed to have been involved in the crime.
Further investigation by the Police Emergency Control Center (PECC) led to the positive identification of the vehicle.

On Thursday, April 10, 2025, the Kingston Central Police intercepted the vehicle in the East Parade area of downtown Kingston. They arrested and searched the three suspects. The police also searched the vehicle.
During a search of the vehicle, the police allegedly found several items, including:
– One black Glock 19 pistol with a magazine containing 15 rounds
– One Taurus G2c pistol with a magazine containing 12 rounds
– One 7.62 millimeter round
– An extended magazine with 27 rounds
– Two imitation firearms
– Clothing matching descriptions from the incident
– One gray ski mask
Law enforcement arrested the suspects in the St. Andrew kidnapping case and placed them in custody. Investigators have withheld their names
pending further investigation and formal charges.
The charges pending include kidnapping, aggravated robbery, possession of prohibited weapons, and unauthorized possession of ammunition.
