Also, police charged a suspect after he allegedly pulled a gun at a woman after she threw stones at him.

The teenager, a student at B.B. Coke High School in Junction, faces charges of robbery with aggravation and assault occasioning bodily harm.

According to the police, the incident occurred around 11 a.m. on May 26 on the school premises.

Investigators say that a 13-year-old female student was in the bathroom when the accused and two other girls, whose faces were reportedly covered confronted her.

She alleged that the 15-year-old slapped her three times in the face before stomping on her stomach, causing bruising, swelling, and pain.

The situation escalated when the accused allegedly held a knife to the complainant’s neck and robbed her of $450 in cash.

School officials later reported the matter to the police, who launched an investigation. Following their inquiries, the police formally charged the teenager. Her court appearance date is pending.

A man from St. Mary is facing court charges after he allegedly intervened in a dispute between a woman and the father of her children. According to police, he pulled out a gun and threatened the woman as she threw stones at him.

The accused is 23-year-old Nakeim Clarke, also known as ‘Naco’, from Cromwell Land, St. Mary.

According to the Highgate Police, the incident occurred in the Clonmel district on Thursday, June 11.

Investigators say that Clarke became involved in a dispute between a woman and the father of her children. During the confrontation, the woman allegedly threw stones at him.

Police allege that Clarke then brandished a firearm, pointed it at the woman, and threatened her. The incident was reported to the police, prompting an investigation.

Later, the police charged Clarke with possession of a prohibited weapon, assault at common law, and using a firearm to commit a felony.

His court appearance date is pending.
