Residents rushed Williams to the hospital, where the authorities pronounced her DOD.
The police responded to the homicide scene, where they attempted to apprehend ‘Rashad.’

Cops in Westmoreland, Jamaica, reported that on Saturday night, July 12, 2025, hoodlums fatally wounded a man. The tragedy unfolded in the Little Haiti community in Negril.
They identified the victim of the tragedy as Kemar Evans Williams, otherwise called ‘Emperor.’ He was a mason from Nompriel Road in Negril, Westmoreland, Jamaica.

The St. Catherine police in Jamaica have reported that on Saturday night, July 12, residents found a male who was unresponsive. This occurred along the Spanish Town Bypass.
According to reports, at approximately 11 o’clock, residents heard explosions near the examination depot.
They went to investigate and discovered the unresponsive body of a male.
The police responded and transported the body to the Spanish Town Hospital, where the medical staff certified it deceased.
Authorities have yet to confirm the identity of the latest victim of tragedy.
