Authorities identified the accused as Kemar Henry, 35, a waiter from Naylors Hill, Port Antonio. They also identified Ann Marie Fuller, 39, a school teacher from the Stony Hill district in Portland.
The allegation stated that at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2025, a law enforcement team executed a search warrant at Henry’s residence. This occurred during an operation in the Naylors Hill community.
During the search, the police allegedly found a Taurus 9mm pistol with a magazine containing four cartridges in Henry’s possession.
Henry reportedly promised the officers cash and a mobile phone to avoid prosecution.
As a result, the law enforcement officers reportedly initiated a covert operation. And the siblings allegedly proceeded with the arranged bribe.
Later that day, Henry’s sister, Ann Marie Fuller, visited the gas station where Henry and the officers were waiting. She handed over $150,000 and an iPhone 15 to her brother, who then passed the items to the police officers.
Upon receiving the bribe, the police officers arrested and charged the siblings jointly.
