The authorities identified the deceased as Damion Cohen, otherwise called ‘Skateboard,’ of Chateau Road, Frome, in Westmoreland. Cohen met his demise at his home on February 3.

According to reports from the Savanna-la-Mar police, at about 5:20 a.m., residents saw fire coming from Cohen’s house and alerted the police and the fire department.

Fire tragedy. Upon arrival, firefighters put out the blaze and removed Cohen’s charred remains from the rubble.

Meanwhile, the police processed the fire tragedy scene and had Cohen’s body removed to the morgue pending a postmortem.

Law enforcement launched a comprehensive investigation, which led to Ingram’s arrest during an operation in his community three days later.

Investigators charged Ingram with the fire tragedy on February 10, 2025. He gave a caution statement. He also participated in a question-and-answer session in the presence of two justices of the peace.

The police have yet to decide on a court date for Ingram.

The 40-year-old woman, hailing from the Ballynure district in northern Manchester, reportedly concealed the contraband within sliced bread. This incident occurred around 1:15 p.m. at the Christiana police station lockup.

During a thorough search of the sliced bread, police discovered the hidden items. The woman, whose son is currently in custody at the station, was promptly arrested.

In the wake of this discovery, police searched the lockup. They found seven smartphones and a “banger” phone. Additionally, they discovered ganja, razor blades, a lighter, and other contraband items.
