In Manchester, Jamaica, where gun violence abound, Police responded to the Porus market after gunmen fatally shot a man on Saturday.
Reportedly, relatives identified the latest of gun violence victim as Christopher Manning, o/c ‘Bulbie,’ 29.
Early reports indicated that the tragic shooting occurred sometime before 9:00 p.m. Manning was reportedly at a meat shop across from the Porus Market when gunmen approached him.
Moments later, the gunmen allegedly opened gunfire, hitting Manning multiple times.
Police transported Manning to the hospital, where the medical staff pronounced him dead.
Law enforcement has yet to prove a motive for the shooting.
This latest murder comes a day after two gunmen shot and killed two people at the Mandeville Market and injured five others.
Investigators are working to bring the perpetrators to justice.
Gun Violence: Fatal Shooting in Red Pond, Spanish Town.
The Spanish Town Police in St. Catherine, Jamaica, have launched a probe into the fatal shooting of a man in the Red Pond district on Friday.

Investigators identified the deceased as Anthony Breckenridge, o/c ‘Big Dread,’ 46, of Paisley Drive in the community.
According to the police, the shooting unfolded at about 8:30 a.m. on Friday, October 4.
Reportedly, Breckenridge was walking along a roadway in the community when armed thugs pounced upon him.
Then, the gunmen opened fire, hitting Breckenridge repeatedly.
Law enforcement responded, finding the victim lying face down in blood with multiple gunshot wounds.
Unfortunately, the Spanish Town Hospital authorities pronounced Breckenridge dead on arrival.
Investigators have yet to theorize a motive for the senseless killing.
Detectives assigned to the Spanish Town Criminal Investigation Branch are working on the case.
Confrontation in Lease Land, Spanish Town Involving Security Forces and Armed Suspects.
The Independent Commission of Investigations is conducting a probe into a shooting incident that occurred on Friday night. The shooting which involved members of the security forces and armed assailants occurred in Lease Land in Spanish Town.
The reported exchange of gunfire took place in the Lease Land community.
At approximately 10:15 p.m., the security team entered the area in pursuit of armed individuals.
Upon entering the community, the security forces encountered intense gunfire.
In response, they returned fire.
Additionally, a vehicle sustained damage during the incident.
Seizure of Four Firearms and 57 Rounds of Ammunition at Central Village Gathering.
The St Catherine South police conducted a raid on a gathering in Central Village early Saturday morning. During a search of the premises officers seized four firearms and magazines containing a total of 57 rounds.

According to police reports, a designated team carried out the operation between 3:50 a.m. and 5:25 a.m., thoroughly searching the premises in question.
During the search, law enforcement discovered the weaponry and ammunition hidden in various locations at the rear of the property.
No arrests were made in connection with these findings.
Additionally, the St Andrew North police confiscated an unlicensed firearm in Halls Green, Temple Hall, on Saturday morning.
Reports indicated that the police located the weapon on a motorcycle.
Investigations into both incidents are ongoing.
