Senior Superintendent (SSP) Michael Phipps, head of the Kingston Western Police Division, stated that Dacres is considered a significant figure in the ongoing gang conflict afflicting the community. SSP Phipps mentioned, “He is believed to be linked to several criminal activities within the St. Thomas Division. Thus, we will be collaborating with the St. Thomas police to determine the charges that can be filed against him.”
