According to a reliable police source via Observer, Jamaica law enforcement, including Customs, made a massive cocaine seizure at the Kingston Freeport Terminal on Saturday morning, January 14, 2023.
The illicit drug is estimated to weigh hundreds of kilograms and was found concealed among the cargo of a vessel that arrived from Columbia on Friday. According to the source, the total value of the drugs could be in the region of US$50 million (J$7.1 billion).
