Two teen girls and a male are facing child porn charges.
According to court documents, a teen complainant accused two teenage girls of abducting her and then allegedly videotaped her performing oral sex on one of their male friends.
The JCF said citizens committed Cybercrimes daily without knowing.
The Jamaica Constabulary Force said Jamaicans committed cybercrimes breaches daily without knowing. Hence, detective Inspector Pilmar Powell said it is essential that citizens familiarise themselves with the law. The law was passed in 2015. Because ignorance of the law can not be used as an excuse.
