According to court documents, a teen complainant accused two teenage girls of abducting her and then allegedly videotaped her performing oral sex on one of their male friends.
The alleged incident took place in the Corporate Area in June 2022.
In outlining the jaw-dropping allegations in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, a prosecutor said three persons–two females and a male between ages 16 and 17 are the accused.
They face charges of abduction of a child, production, distribution, and possession of child pornography, and aiding and abetting and grievous sexual assault.
The court did not disclose the age of the victim.
The case is heading for the trash can. After one year, the case file is still not complete
Meanwhile, the case, which has been before the court for over one year, is yet to move forward due to an unacceptable delay with the report from the Communication Forensic and Cybercrime Division (CFCD).
Prosecutors shared with Parish Judge Venise Blackstock-Murray that the case file still needs to be completed, as the experts’ analysis from CFCD still needs to be available.
“I spoke with the head of CFCD, and he told me that the file is not yet to get assigned,” the prosecutor revealed.

Prosecutors further shared with the court that the phone, which the experts should analyze, was received last December, so the forensic report was unavailable.
The presiding judge, Blackstock-Murray, deemed the utterances of the prosecutor as “unfortunate” and “unacceptable” and reluctantly adjourned the matter.
The teens, who have not yet entered a plea, had their bail extended and will return to court on November 13, 2023.
