Early Friday morning, members of Jamaica’s security forces conducted an operation. They captured a Jamaican national wanted in Texas, USA, for homicide, attempted capital homicide, and aggravated assault with a weapon.
Local authorities have identified the fugitive as twenty-five-year-old Patrick Dave Anderson of Alleppo, Clonmel, St Mary, Jamaica.
Law enforcement apprehended Anderson during a joint operation involving the St Mary Police and the Jamaica Fugitive Apprehension Team (JFAT).
According to authorities, the operation took place between 3:30 a.m. and 5:40 a.m. on September 25 at a location in the Alleppo community.
The police simultaneously breached and searched two houses located in the same yard while searching for Anderson. He surrendered without incident, according to St. Mary Police Commander Anthony Wallace.
Anderson was taken into custody and transported to Kingston by JFAT for further processing.
Commander Wallace stated that the St. Mary Police will continue their efforts to apprehend wanted persons and individuals of interest. Additionally, they will work on disrupting illegal activities across the parish.

According to reports, law enforcement from Spanish Town neutralized a suspect Thursday night after he allegedly pointed a gun at the police during a confrontation. Furthermore, the police later recovered an illegal firearm from the suspect.
The authorities have identified the deceased as Anthony Theo Williams, also called ‘Intra-Tech,’ who was a resident in the Kingston 20 community. In addition, investigators stated that they have linked Williams to various crimes. These crimes include homicide committed in the Corporate Area.
Authorities stated that on September 24, 2026, at 9:30 p.m. a police team responded to a shopping complex along Old Harbour Road in St. Catherine. The team had received information about a suspect with a firearm.
Upon arrival, the police observed a man who matched the description of the suspect walking out of a store. The police approached the situation cautiously, but when they identified themselves, the suspect pointed a gun at them.

The officers transported the suspect to the Spanish Town General Hospital, where a doctor pronounced him deceased.
