St. Catherine Police Named Kiprich among Persons of Interest. On Thursday, February 7, 2025, the St. Catherine North Police named Dancehall entertainer Kiprich as one of several persons of interest.
The Police believe that the men can help in investigating several unsolved incidents in the parish.
Persons the St. Catherine Police seek from the 2B Oxford Road, o/c Top Banks, and the March Pen in Spanish Town are:
1. Dancehall artiste Marlon Plunkett, o/c ‘Kiprich.’
2. Damion Johnson, aka ‘Violence.’
3. Chevon Ulett, otherwise called ‘Pitter.’
4. Carlos Fairweather o/c ‘Finger’.
5. Theophilus Campbell, otherwise called ‘Danga Reds.’
6. Romario Hobbs, otherwise called ‘Pops.’
7. Donovan Richards
8. Dave Richards aka ‘Buro’
9. Alphanso McDonald, otherwise called ‘Boo.’
10. Orville Buckner o/c ‘Will’.
Those the St. Catherine Police sought from the Dela Vega City/Dallas Lane communities are:
1. Daniel Smith, otherwise called ‘Fire.’
2. Cedric Brooks, otherwise called ‘Sledge.’
3. Lorrel Morris aka ‘Dan Dan’.
4. Dayone Shaw, otherwise called ‘Ramus.’

The St. Catherine Police urged the men to report to the Spanish Town Police Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB).
Law enforcement asked anyone with information on their whereabouts to contact the Spanish Town Police CIB at 876-984-2305 or 876-984-4490.
On Thursday evening, law enforcement imposed a curfew in parts of Spanish Town, including areas where persons of interest live. The curfew followed earlier violence.
Angry residents set up a roadblock near Okra Lane and Dela Vega City. They were protesting the fatal shooting of two brothers. Reportedly, the Police shot them during a confrontation along the nearby Spanish Town Bypass.
Reportedly, residents claimed the Police killed the men in cold blood.
But, the Police denied the assertion, saying the suspects fired at them first, leading to an exchange of gunfire.
Officers reportedly recovered two firearms at the scene.
