According to reports, a patrol team made the arrest at approximately 7:45 p.m. after observing a man exhibiting suspicious behavior on Oakland Road.

Upon searching a bag in the suspect’s possession, law enforcement officials discovered a black Heyward Stream 9mm pistol. This firearm was particularly concerning as its serial number had been deliberately erased. Furthermore, the pistol was loaded with a magazine containing 13 rounds of 9mm ammunition.
