Former Clansman-One Don Gang defendant accused of robbery granted $200,000 bail.

Dwight Hall, one of the accused the Home Circuit Court freed in the Clansman-One Don Gang trial, was offered $200,000 bail on a charge of robbery with aggravation by a St Catherine Parish Court judge on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.

Hall, known in the streets as ‘Jim Brown’ of Buck Town in Spanish Town, St Catherine, is accused of stealing a knapsack containing almost $500,000 from the complainant.

The Police opposed bail, citing that the accused was involved in the gang trial and faced serious allegations.

However, Hall’s attorney, Courtney Rowe, argued that the Court freed his client. Therefore, he is a fit candidate for bail.

Parish Judge Annette Austin granted bail on condition that Hall does not interfere with witnesses, surrender his travel documents, and reappear in Court on December 1.

The allegation stated that on May 24, 2023, the complainant was carrying out a business transaction in Spanish Town when the accused held him up and robbed him of his knapsack containing $496,000.

The Police subsequently arrested and charged Hall with robbery with aggravation.
