The jealous cop who the authorities charged with murder after the shooting death of his girlfriend during a dispute has pleaded guilty. The incident occurred at the victim’s home in Richmond, St Mary, in June 2025. Initially, investigators charged Police Constable Patrick Walters, 24, with murder. But he pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of manslaughter and using a firearm to commit a felony. This happened when he appeared in the St Mary Circuit Court on Friday.
