Authorities say the agents made the arrests early Wednesday morning during a series of coordinated anti-lottery scamming operations at upscale apartment complexes in the Corporate Area.
Basil Jarrett, Director of Communications, stated that MOCA agents, with support from the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), raided two locations in Belvedere, St. Andrew, and one in Perkins Estate, Kingston.
