A second man involved in the murder of Phillip Paulwell’s daughter and her mother has agreed to plead guilty to murder and kidnapping. This comes after another accused pleaded guilty to the same charges on Thursday, October 26, 2023.
The case was shocking and even caught the attention of the United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
Leoda Bradshaw, a US Navy Culinary Specialist and mother of one of Paulwell’s children, has also been charged in connection with the crimes.
Additionally, two other individuals are facing various charges related to the murder and kidnapping. The man who recently accepted the plea deal has not been named for security reasons.

A man was gunned down in Salt Spring, St James, on Friday morning, marking the third murder in 12 hours and leaving the volatile community on edge.
The victim was Anthony Forbes, also known as “Plait Up” or “Gummy,” a mason from Flower Hill in the parish.
Reports indicate that Forbes and his son were at home around 1:10 a.m. when armed men forcibly entered their dwelling and opened fire, injuring both occupants. The assailants then fled the scene.
Forbes succumbed to his injuries at the hospital, while his son was admitted for treatment.
This incident occurred just 12 hours after a couple was shot dead by thugs in the same community on Thursday afternoon, October 26, 2023.
The deceased have been identified as 22-year-old Imani Jarrett from Flower Hill and 30-year-old Odane Smith.
According to reports, they were pulled out of their car and shot by individuals armed with rifles and handguns at approximately 1:00 p.m.
When the police arrived, the bodies of both victims were discovered a short distance apart.
