Hanover detectives have charged two men with the murder of Tecia Hall, whose decomposing body the police found in a cane field in March Town, Green Island, Hanover.
The identified accused men as 23-year-old Romaine Vassell, o/c ‘Twin,’ and 21-year-old Antonio Salmon, o/c ‘Brown Man,’ both accused reside in March Town.
The police had launched a missing person investigation into Hall’s disappearance after a family member reported missing on March 25, 2023. The police found her decomposing body in a cane field on Friday, March 31, 2023.
The police would take accused men into custody. The police charged both men with murder after a question and answer session during which Vassell gave a caution statement.
The law enforcement officers are awaiting the post-mortem result to determine the cause of death.
