Corporal Mayne: Cops Used Colleague's Funeral To Vent. The Central Committee of the Jamaica Police Federation has reiterated its call. They demand better compensation and support for the country's police officers. Detective Corporal Peta-Gay Williams is an executive member of the Federation. She made this appeal during her address at the funeral service for the late Corporal Kemal Mayne.
