In St. James, Jamaica, a shopkeeper named Randy Mc Neil was fatally shot on April 27, leading to the indictment of Joseph McKenzie. McKenzie also faces gun and ammunition charges and was captured on August 25. In a separate incident, an explosion at Burger King's New Kingston location injured several workers. The restaurant remains closed.
