Leadership Reshuffle: 29 JCF Officers Reassigned. The JCF has announced a significant leadership reorganization. This change resulted in the reassignment of 29 officers throughout the organization. The Police High Command stated that these strategic reassignments aim to enhance efficiency. They work to align resources with the JCF's strategic priorities for 2025.

Leadership Reshuffle: 29 JCF Officers Reassigned. The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) has announced a significant leadership reorganization. This change resulted in the reassignment of 29 officers throughout the organization.

The Police High Command stated that these strategic Leadership reshuffles aim to enhance efficiency. They work to align resources with the JCF’s strategic priorities for 2025.

The changes will take effect this month. They involve senior officers from various geographical and non-geographical divisions. Specialized units are also involved. The JCF aims to ensure that expertise is applied in areas where it is most needed.

These adjustments are anticipated to bolster the JCF’s transformation agenda and modernization initiatives.

Leadership reshuffle. Assistant Commissioner of Police Donovan Graham is a notable transfer. He will move from the Area 4 Headquarters to the Border Security Branch. Senior Superintendent of Police Michael Phipps will transition from the Kingston Western Division to command the Area 4 Headquarters.

Superintendent Leighton Grey, currently at the Area 5 Headquarters, will take over the St. Catherine South Division, while Deputy Superintendent Michael Campbell, who heads that division, will now be in charge of St. Thomas.

SP Wayne Cameron, Commander of the Ports Division, will leave to assume a position at the Area 5 Headquarters. Deputy Superintendent Jeanette Davis will step in to replace him.

Superintendent Tommilee Chambers will be reassigned from the Kingston Eastern Division. She will join the team at Area 5 Headquarters. Additionally, Superintendent Allison Byfield from St. Thomas will move to Specialized Operations.

Deputy Superintendent Michelle Campbell, currently in Kingston Central, will take command of the Kingston Eastern Division.

Senior Superintendent Catherine Lord shifts from Area 3 HQ to Area 4 HQ. SSP Paulette Green moves in the opposite direction. She takes up duties at Area 3 HQ.

SSP Wayne Cameron departs the Ports Division to Area 5 HQ. DSP Jeanette Davis succeeds him and takes command of the Ports Division. SP Leighton Grey transitions from Area 5 HQ to the St Catherine South command.

DSP Michael Campbell takes up duties in St Thomas’s command from St Catherine South.

Deputy Superintendent Bryan Henry moves from Kingston East to command Kingston West

Deputy Superintendent Mark Harris shifts from St Catherine South to command St Andrew Central

SP Shawn Montague moves from the Public Safety Traffic Branch to the BSB HQ.

Superintendent Dahlia Garrick transitions from the Constabulary Communication Network to the Community Safety & Security Branch.

DSP Jervis Williams (from Property Management & Maintenance Division to St Andrew Central) and DSP Stacy-Ann Waldron-Jackson(from SAC to KC).

Deputy Superintendent Shernett Crossman-Buddan transitions from the Public Safety & Traffic Enforcement Branch to Ports (SIA). Deputy Superintendent Phillip Smith moves from Kingston West to PSTEB.

DSP Joseph Foster gets reassigned from St Mary to Trelawny. DSP Eucal Francis moves from Kingston Central to St Andrew South. DSP Rohan Richie goes from St Andrew South to Kingston Central. 

ASP Andre Quest leaves Specialized Operations to take up duties in Portland.

ASP Kinlocke moves to St Thomas from Specialized Operations, while ASP Romario Rankin moves to St Catherine South (Old Harbor).
