The concerned parties filed the documents in court on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.

The settlement concerns the 2019 music video for the song, ‘Foreplay,’ produced by Rvssian. Miss Sarley asserted Shenseea and her label ripped off portions of her provocative fruit artworks in sections of the video, for which she requested damages of $US 450,000.

Last October, she blamed her label for not releasing physical copies of her debut album, Alpha.

Even though the album received many television promotions with many international features, it only sold 800 pure copies and 4,900 total album equivalent units in its first week.

Spice opened up about her sepsis infection in ‘Love and Hip Hop’ season opener.

Dancehall artiste Spice called into remembrance her near-death experience with sepsis on the reality show ‘Love and Hip Hop.’ The show has returned for its 11th season at its new home MTV.

In the premiere episode on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, titled Out Of The Woods, Back In These Streets, the Queen of Dancehall detailed the horrific experience of battling the infection in the Dominican Republic in October 2023.

Spice had previously explained in an Instagram post that she suffered a hernia which set off the sepsis infection. It spread to her organs, and rumors began circulating across social media that she had passed.

Flanked by her mother and children, the Queen of Dancehall opened the season with gratitude for having survived such a difficult period.

The show ended with upcoming season trailers, including the famous table flip which occurred during a heated exchange between Spice and Erica Mena.
