On Thursday morning, April 13, 2023, a team of four brazen armed robbers stuck up a Jamaica National MoneyGram Outlet in Mandeville, Manchester, and got away with over $8 million.
According to reports, at about 9:45 am, customers and employees were inside the establishment on Manchester Road, Mandeville, when four armed robbers entered the premises.
The thugs held employees at gunpoint and ordered them to open the vault. The robbers then stole approximately 8.5 million dollars in cash.
The robbers also robbed a customer transacting business inside the outlet. They then escaped on foot in the area.
The police have launched a search for the robbers.
Cops dig for clues concerning a shooting outside a popular St Ann nightclub.
ST ANN, Jamaica— The Ocho Rios police are efforting to get to the bottom of a shooting outside a popular nightclub in Ocho Rios, St Ann, on Tuesday morning, April 11, 2023.
According to reports, a patron, who had just exited the club, narrowly escaped death when the thugs sprayed his vehicle with bullets, then later fled the area on foot.
According to reports, at about 4:10 am, Tuesday morning, April 11, 2023, the target of the shooting exited the club he was attending and sat in his Toyota Axio motorcar, parked in the parking lot, when a white station wagon pulled up. Two men alighted armed with handguns and began firing continuously at the Axio. The men then fled the scene.
The police quickly arrived on the scene, where they recovered several spent casings.

The police identified the dead man as Tevin Pinnock, o/c ‘Shatty,’ age 28, laborer of Ramble District, St Thomas and Windward Road, Kingston 2.
According to the St Ann’s Bay Police, at about 7:00 pm, Wednesday, April 12, 2023, citizens summoned the police to a murder scene where a man was allegedly mobbed and killed by angry citizens after he attempted to steal goats.
Upon their arrival, the police found Pinnock’s lifeless body with multiple chop wounds all over his body. The female that accompanied him was arrested and taken into custody.
Investigations continue.
Spice drops new joint “Queen of Dancehall.”
On Wednesday, April 12, 2023, Dancehall artiste Grace Hamilton, o/c Spice, dropped a new joint titled ‘Queen of The Dancehall.’

$160 milion fraud uncovered at Seprod, 17 employees in custody.
The police have arrested several employees of the Seprod Group on suspicion that they have defrauded the company of approximately $160 million.
According to DCP Bailey, thirteen other employees implicated in the fraud are on the run. The police are seeking them.
Bailey said fourteen of the 17 employees now in custody have already been charged with various crimes.
