Police from The Major Investigation Division has launched a high-level search for the alleged suspects involved in the Naseberry Grove, Kitson Town, St Catherine abduction and murder saga.

The bodies of 38-year-old Georgia Rose Blunt, a Water Vendor of Bendon District, and 42-year-old Ruel Fuller, also of Bendon District, were found on Sunday morning, April 2, 2023, approximately 24 hours after they were reported missing.
The Brown family filed a missing report with the police on Sunday when the couple who had left home on Saturday, April 1, 2023, to make water deliveries did not return home.
At about 9:45 am, Sunday, April 2, 2023, citizens and the police found the bodies of the missing couple with their hands and feet bound and what appeared to be a single gunshot wound to the heads.
According to reports, the cold-hearted criminals abducted the couple, stole two cows belonging to the couple, and then killed them.
Community members blocked the main road on Sunday morning to protest the failure of the police to respond quickly to the missing person report.
Rose Blunt’s sister, Joy, said the double murder had stunned relatives.
Police recovered a submachine gun from a man seen sitting on a roadside.
On Sunday, April 2, 2023, St. Andrew South Police seized one sub-machine gun and two cartridges during an operation on Belvedere Road in Kingston 20.
The police took one man into custody concerning the seizure.

According to the Dunhaney Park Police, at about 2:00 pm, on Sunday, April 2, 2023, law enforcement officers were on patrol in the Belvedere community when a man sitting on the side of the roadway began acting suspiciously as the police approached him.
The police accosted and searched the man. And during the search, the police found an Uzi submachine gun and a magazine containing two 9mm cartridges inside the man’s bag.
As a result, the police took the man into custody. But they have withheld the man’s identity pending further investigation.
