According to the Police Corporate Communications, Stephanie Lindsay, the police have a good idea who the robbers who carried out the brutal robbery at an ATM located in Port More Pines are.

The police seized two guns and Ammo in St Thomas, several arrested

The police in St Thomas reported that they seized two firearms and several rounds of ammunition in separate operations in White Horses and Hampstead in St Thomas on Friday, March 17, 2023.

On Friday, March 17, at about 6:30 a.m., law enforcement officers conducted a targeted operation at the White Horses community premises.

Upon arrival, the police did a thorough search of the premises. And they found one Beretta 9mm pistol with a magazine containing fourteen 9mm cartridges in a bag in the house’s ceiling of a bedroom.

At about 5:58 p.m., the same day, the police conducted another targeted operation at premises in Hampstead in the parish.

Upon arrival, the police saw four men. And one of the men threw an object inside the house. The police searched the premises. And during the search, they found one Glock 9mm pistol loaded with a magazine containing 25 rounds of 9mm cartridges.

All four occupants of this premises were taken into custody.
