BARRETT TOWN, ST JAMES, Jamaica – Authorities in St James have confirmed their intentions to press charges against a mother in St. James who allegedly threw her five-month-old daughter to her death from a three-story building in Barrett Town.

Following the incident on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, the woman, who also attempted suicide by jumping from the building, remains hospitalized.
