Taylor is Spotify’s most-streamed artist of 2023.

According to Spotify Wrapped, Taylor Swift was the most-streamed artist of 2023, with over 26.1 billion streams since January 1. This dethroned Bad Bunny, who held the title for three consecutive years. Bad Bunny now holds the second spot, followed by The Weeknd, Drake, and Peso Pluma.

Bad Bunny’s album “Un Verano Sin Ti” was the most-streamed album on Spotify for the second year in a row, with 4.5 billion global streams. Taylor Swift’s “Midnights” and SZA’s “SOS” are in second and third place, respectively.

The top five most-streamed songs of 2023 are:

  • Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers”
  • SZA’s “Kill Bill”
  • Harry Styles’ “As It Was”
  • Jung Kook (from BTS) featuring Latto’s “Seven”
  • Eslabon Armado and Peso Pluma’s “Ella Baila Sola”

In the U.S., Taylor Swift continues to dominate as the most-streamed artist on Spotify, followed by Drake and Morgan Wallen. Wallen’s song “Last Night” is the most streamed song, and his album “One Thing at a Time” is the most streamed album.

Apple Music also announced that Wallen’s “Last Night” topped its global song chart for 2023. The song also stayed at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 for 16 weeks, tying with “Despacito” by Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee featuring Justin Bieber for the second-longest reign in the history of the Hot 100.
