According to the authorities, citizens in Hayes Clarendon stumbled upon the body of a man with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body in bushes at about 7:30 am., Saturday, March 11, 2023. 

The Clarendon police have identified the man as Roy Gooubourne, 59, of Capture Land in Hayes.

According to the Exeter police, residents in Hayes reportedly heard explosions at about 8:30 pm on

Friday, March 10, 2023. However, nobody cared to summon the police.

But at about 7:30 am on Saturday, March 11, 2023, a resident stumbled upon Goulbourne’s body in bushes and summoned the police.

Upon arrival, the police found Goulbourne’s bullet-riddled body in bushes. The police transported the body to the hospital. But authorities pronounced it dead.

The police are investigating the matter.

According to the police, 19 people died in Clarendon until March 5, 2023. The number is equivalent to a 137.5 percent increase compared to 8 in the corresponding period of 2022.

Portmore, home of dancehall entertainer Kiprich, robbed

The police in Portmore, St Catherine, have reported that robbers have broken into the home of Dancehall artist Kiprich.

According to the police, the entertainer, whose given name is Marlon Plunkett, reported that the thieves stole jewelry and thousands of United States and Canadian dollars.

The incident happened on Friday morning, March 10, 2023. 

The thieves entered the entertainer’s house through a window in the kitchen that they pried open.

The police are investigating the matter.
