The Chief Justice also pronounced Andre Golding and his co-accused, Chevroy Evans and Marco Miller, not guilty of facilitating the murder of a bus driver known only as “Tesha Bus driver” in the Spanish Town bus park in 2017.

Meanwhile, the Chief Justice declared accused men, Daniel McKenzie, Marco Miller, Dwight Hall, Pete Miller, and Kemar Harrison, not guilty of a 2018 double murder of “two unknown individuals in Spanish Town.”
The two now-deceased men were said to be from Denham Town.
