Jamaica’s Minister Of Finance, Dr. Nigel Clarke finally addressed the massive SSL fraud scandal. However, many citizens hoped the Government would have commented sooner since the incident affected Jamaica’s most famous citizen Usain Bolt. It’s alleged that as much as 1.2 billion dollars were fleeced from the super athlete’s investment account.
