Jamaica does not need anymore negative publicity

I know Julie Mango has a right to say whatever she wants so long as she does not defame anybody’s character. But I am sure she can use satire for a much better reason than paint her country’s customer service with a broad negative brush.
There was a time in the distant past under colonial rule. Then, the masters used place images (pictures), beaches, flowers, and the lush landscape to sell Jamaica as the land of paradise with lots of nice friendly people. The purpose was to attract tourists to the Island. And it worked exceptionally well.
But it worked so well because they never showed the negative side of the Island. This is quite the opposite of what Julie Mango did in her Twitter post.
